Comments on the the utility of inflation as a solution to our overleveraged economy. It amounts to advocacy of slow expropriate of wealth from the lenders. But we are likely to see more this.
Folks should be careful what they wish for. Sure, we're going to end up using inflation to reduce the real value of the awesome sums the U.S. supposed to pay back to China, et al. But inflation is the arch enemy of retirees on more or less fixed incomes. And guess which generation is about to retire?
