Via Tax Prof Blog, IRS allowed more than $500 million in refunds to taxpayers who improperly claimed the $8,000 home buyer credit. Among them were 128 IRS employees!
Let's make the tax code even more complicated, shall we? There is a legitimate question whether the tax law in the U.S. already is unconstitutionally vague.
