Blogs in transition

 Professor Gerry Beyer's blog on Wills, Trusts and Estates has a new home, and our link in the sidebar has been corrected.  The reason for the move is that Typepad discontinued their blog hosting service.  The change also forced the relocation of the TaxProf blog of Professor Paul Caron, which you can now find here.

Happy Anniversary

 This blog is 20 years old today.  Time flies, whether you are having fun or not.

We had great marketing utility from the blog for several years, especially from the perspicacity of JLM, who has provided the vast majority of the posts.  However, we never developed a useful commentariat, no doubt because of the risks to financial professionals for debating in public.

Posting has tapered off considerably in recent years, as we are not getting any younger.  But the archives here provide a wealth of interesting reading.  Google stats says we are still getting visitors, though not at the levels we once did.

Marketing trust services remains an interesting challenge.
