One financier who moved from Connecticut to Florida reckons that home prices on Palm Beach Island have tripled since the start of covid-19. He predicts that the next wave of millionaire migration will not be from the Northeast and West coast to the South but from all 50 states to Puerto Rico, which is the only place one can live in America and pay no tax on capital gains.
