Estate Planning Revisited

Paul Sullivan's Wealth Matters column includes a plug for living trusts in California. He also notes that some folks who made $5-million or $10-million gifts in trust may forget they intended to replace cash with non-liquid assets. (Forget about a $5-million gift?
