Anna Nicole's unsettled estate

Prefessor Gerry Beyer has a nice summary of the issues presented by Anna Nicole Smith's untimely death last week. Her claim for $474 million from J. Howard Marshall's estate survives her. The bit that I did not know is the allegation that Anna had some of J. Howard's sperm frozen before his death, so he may be the biological father of newborn Dannielynn.
